Craig Santenello

About Craig Santenello

Pursuing his heart and passion for mountain biking and skiing, Craig returned to his native Vermont and settled in more than 20 years ago. He realized quickly after returning how much he missed his paradise; he made the decision that this was where his home and future would be. Craig developed a passion and love for real estate during his years living in Starksboro, where he purchased and cleared his first piece of raw land. There he built an energy-efficient cabin, which he was able to harmonize with the environs. When he sold it 5 years later, he knew he had found his calling. Craig is grateful for the wonderful life he gets to enjoy every day in Vermont with his partner and 2 children who are his inspiration. Being a strong believer in giving back, he is a committed volunteer with Bridges to Health Community Health Worker Program. Through this work he acts as a strong advocate for the Latin American migrant community who are the backbone of Vermont’s dairy, maple, and other farm industries.  Craig puts his energy into developing meaningful and strong relationships with local architects, contractors, officials, engineers and everyone in between. These relationships combined with his unique skill sets acquired from years of envisioning, planning, and building property in Vermont become a true advantage for buyers and sellers and set Craig apart from every other Broker in Vermont. As a Realtor with Vermont's premier independent real estate company, Craig has continually been one of Central and Northern Vermont's top producers and most requested agents. Craig's unparalleled knowledge of Vermont properties and land combined with his hard work and determination have earned him the top spot in Vermont's growing real estate market. Craig's relationships and hands-on knowledge of Vermont's real estate market are a powerful and effective advantages for both buyers and sellers. Craig looks forward to hearing from you.
